The withdrawal process is conveniently automated through the online cashier, and requests can also be submitted via live chat, phone or email. Payouts are processed daily, Monday through Friday (depending on method).

Payout Rules

Processing Times: Payouts must be submitted before 12pm EST to be processed that day. Payouts submitted after 12pm EST will be processed on the next scheduled day for the selected method. The payouts are processed throughout the day, and sent in daily batches.

Free Payouts: Each customer is limited to one free payout per month, regardless of method.

Credit/Debit Card Refunds (credit backs): GoTo reserves the right to refund credit/debit cards up to the amount deposited as priority over other any other requested method. Refunds are not available for all credit/debit card deposits. Any amount above the amount deposited must be sent using an alternate method. Refunds are processed by transaction. Refunds are processed and approved immediately, but every bank differs on time to process (or even identify the transaction). The process is typically completed within 3 days, but may not be completed for 15 business days.

Person-to-Person Details: All person-to-person confirmation details will be posted to your Message Page (initial page when you login- before you click on "continue").

Check Deposits: Cashier's check and personal check deposits must clear prior to any payout. This process may take up to 6 weeks.

Authorization Documents: GoTo may request authorization documents following any deposit or prior to any payout, including credit card authorization, identification and other documentation deemed necessary to prevent fraud. This typically only required for new customers.

Rollover Requirements: Any deposit with a bonus added must meet the rollover requirements prior to any payout approval. The specific rollover details vary based on the bonus type you received.

Address Verification: GoTo reserves the right to send a cashier's check for an initial payout to the address provided in the customer account.
